The Royce Academy is one of the best private schools in the city. Though they DO NOT have the best landscaping. A school like this sorta has to pick and choose its battles financially speaking. 

Also a huge shoutout to our colorist, Tessa Kleiner. She really knocked it out of the park on this one.
