Evey knows a bit about fashion. Most of it's a bit out of date, but they're not completely ignorant of the concept. No, Evey's issue is that they're lazy and can hardly care most of the time. Evey's the kind of person who often wore skirts because they found them easier to put on than pants. However, when pressed they are capable of putting something together. 

Also, I just realized that next week is gonna be the fifth anniversary of StarHammer. Might try to do something for that. Stay tuned.
