By now it's probably clear that Evey would be dead or at least in much worst shape if it weren't for the Mallet giving them so much needed boosts. I think it's fairly safe to say that a completely normal human couldn't be StarHammer. Which is ironic really but you'll see what I mean soon. 

This isn't to say that Evey's always had power. Evey was a normie before getting the Mallet but they're not anymore. They're not an advie either. That's a very specific designation that Evey doesn't fit.  They're kind of in a category by themself.
