I really want to live in a big city but lately I've been giving some thought to getting in on the ground floor of Duluth. In the next 20 years, Duluth is going to be incredibly popular. It might be prudent to go there now while things are still affordable. It's in my personal best interest to stay in this general region of the US. Chicago to here, that's the range to be. I just have a feeling that my hunch is going to pay off.

It's not going to be immediate, but 60 year old me will really be thanking current me.
