No, Bite Mark isn't dead. There's still enough of her in another location. She never takes all of herself to any one place. It's a habit that's served her well in the past and it'll do so again today. 

In the future, Bite Mark will be apprehended and end up in a secure facility outside of Bowling Green. Rehabilitation will be a process, but there's be progress. She'll be much closer to the original Donna than she ever has been. She will likely never be released. She's not legally human and that has been seen as a loophole for indefinite incarceration.
