I think everyone has moments when someone messes up or hurts someone else and are sometimes unaware of how or at least how much until much later. So Evey isn't alone in this. But the scale involved here is a bit more than most people deal with. 

I would say Izzy got over it pretty quickly. And in a way she did. But I'm pretty sure she actually held on to it. Not so much that Evey broke their arm but more that Evey forgot about where the arm came from.
