Sometimes when Izzy quits she decides she has to keep going in a more limited context. Sort of her version of due diligence. It can take Izzy quitting three or four times before she finally quits for real. As you can imagine, a lot of those times are people telling her that she has to leave rather than her actually quitting because Izzy hates leaving things unfinished. 

There's certainly upsides to this sort of attitude. And most of the time, there's nothing but positive things that come from this. But a not insubstantial of the time there's only downsides. It has lead to people taking advantage of her. And it also has made her an exhausting person to deal with in some instances. 

This is one of those instances.
