You have no idea how hard it is for Izzy to admit there's a problem and ask for help. There's times where she'd rather die than bother anyone with her issues. However, that means that anyone around her is dealing with Izzy struggling with things. Which often goes unnoticed but can be disruptive. Such as when Izzy isn't getting enough sleep. Or when Izzy is super irritable for seemingly no reason. (She rarely lets that happen, but when it does it's super noticeable.)

Evan's probably the only person she told her problems too regularly. And it was a lot of work getting her to open up. Izzy wasn't really able to do this for other people though. And she even hid things from Evan. Izzy's always worried about seeming like a burden or costing more effort/time/money than she thinks she's worth.
