Izzy's doing conflict mediation all the time. Tempers flare for all sorts of reason, but they tend to run hotter when beings are in really tight situations. Izzy has gotten better at it too. A long way from that time she mistranslated something and accidentally escalated a fight. Now she's able to help settle disputes on the regular. Just another part of a growing skill set.
